PreScreening.io Release Notes 5.18

Summary

ZIGRAM announces the Jan 2026 release with new features, enhancements, and fixes designed to improve day-to-day screening and monitoring. This release introduces Workspace User Management, expands scan identifier coverage, improves PDF report clarity, strengthens audit logging, and enhances API credential security.

New Feature

1. Workspace User Management
Client administrators can now view all users across the projects; they can access from a single workspace-level user list. Admins can open a user profile to see mutual projects and take appropriate actions based on the user’s status.

Enhancements

1.Expanded identifier coverage for scanning
Live Scan and Batch Upload now support additional identifier types, improving match coverage and overall screening accuracy.
2.Improved PDF reports
PDF reports have cleaner formatting (fewer blank pages and better spacing). Hits Only and Detailed reports now also include monitoring details and the APC search timeline (when enabled). Common abbreviations (e.g., APC/PEP) are expanded for readability.
3.Sentiment tags for watchlists
Watchlists now display a sentiment label—Positive, Neutral, or Negative—based on the dataset sentiment.
4.Batch file preview from history
Uploaded batch files can now be previewed directly from history for In Progress and Completed batches. The preview opens in a new tab and matches the upload preview format for quick validation.
5.Expanded audit log coverage
Audit logs now capture more system and user activities with richer details, improving traceability for compliance reviews.
6.Variable Agnostic Search (VAS) updates
VAS has been improved to make it easier to control APC coverage for each scan.
7. Tracking deleted records in screening
Deleted records are now included in the screening process to ensure potential risks are not missed. These records are clearly marked with a “Deleted” tag in Investigation View for transparency.
8.SATOC version-based calendar limit
The calendar date range now follows the project’s configured version limits across both UI and API, ensuring only valid timelines can be selected.
9.Stronger API credential security

API credentials are now protected with improved authentication and access checks.

10.Project-level monitoring for batch runs
A single monitoring configuration can now be applied across all entities within a project for batch runs.
