Transact Comply Release Notes 1.13

Summary

We are pleased to announce the release of Transact Comply version 1.13, which introduces important regulatory, functional, and usability enhancements to further strengthen the platform’s compliance and monitoring capabilities. This release includes Regulatory Reporting support for the UAE jurisdiction, aligned with goAML UAE requirements, enabling registered entities to generate and manage compliant regulatory reports directly from the platform.

Version 1.13 also delivers several enhancements across reporting, monitoring, and data ingestion. The MIS and Reports module has been extended with new dynamic Capital Market reports, providing deeper visibility into trading activity and market behavior. Project Cards have been enhanced to display key operational metrics such as entity counts, transactions, and cases, improving at-a-glance project insights. Additionally, the Rules Engine has been strengthened with new functions to support more advanced monitoring scenarios, and the MMDI module has been enhanced with a Glossary, improving clarity and usability during data ingestion and configuration.

Features

1. Regulatory Reporting for UAE (goAML Compliance)

Transact Comply now supports regulatory reporting for the UAE jurisdiction, enabling registered entities to generate goAML-compliant XML reports—including STRs and other applicable regulatory submissions—directly from the platform. The feature supports pre-filling of customer and transaction details, helping reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and streamline the overall regulatory reporting process in line with UAE regulatory requirements.

2. Capital Market MIS Reports

The Reports module has been enhanced with the introduction of new Capital Market–specific MIS reports, providing deeper insights into trading activity and surveillance outcomes. The newly added reports include the CTCL Wise Trade Report, Trade Book Review Report, and Internal Trades Report, enabling users to analyze trade patterns, review trading behavior, and identify potential internal or related-party trades more effectively. These reports support improved monitoring, oversight, and regulatory preparedness for Capital Market operations.

3. New Functions in Rules Engine

The Rules Engine has been enhanced with the addition of new functions to support more advanced Capital Market trade surveillance scenarios. The newly introduced functions—Synchronization of Trades and Reversal of Trades—enable users to detect coordinated trading behavior and identify reversed or annulled trades more effectively. These enhancements strengthen rule accuracy and improve the platform’s ability to monitor complex trading patterns and potential market abuse.

Enhancements

1. Enhanced Project Card Insights on Home Page

The Home Page Project Cards have been enhanced to provide richer, at-a-glance insights into each project. Users can now view key metrics such as the total number of entities, entities under monitoring, and active entities, along with the last accessed timestamp for each project. This enhancement improves project visibility, helps users quickly assess project activity, and supports more efficient navigation and oversight across the platform.

2. MMDI Glossary for Supported File Types

The MMDI (Multi-Modal Data Ingestion) module has been enhanced with the introduction of a Glossary, providing users with a centralized reference for all supported file types within their project. The glossary includes downloadable sample files for each file type, helping users better understand data requirements, prepare files correctly, and streamline the ingestion and onboarding process.
