Entity Hero Release Notes 1.10

Summary

The Feb 2026 release delivers enhancements to risk rating logic, investigation traceability, and PreScreening.io workflows, along with key UI and performance upgrades. Highlights include refined CRR scoring controls, improved rule-trigger visibility, optimized batch uploads, enhanced transaction views, seamless rescreening with Re-run and QDC, full data parameter integration with PreScreening.io, stronger validations, a new User Management module, a Data Dictionary, and a redesigned Project Card delivering improved performance, transparency, and operational efficiency across the platform.

New Features

1. User Management Module

A new User Management module has been introduced on the UI, enabling admins to seamlessly manage platform access. Users can now:

1. Add new users

2. Remove existing users

3. Modify roles and permissions of current users.

This enhancement provides greater control, flexibility, and streamlined access management directly from the interface.

2. Data Dictionary on UI

A new Data Dictionary section has been introduced on the UI, providing users with clear visibility into the data fields configured within a project. Users can now view and understand the following details for each field:

1. Entity Type

2. Data Field ID

3. Data Field Name

4. Category

5. Type

6. Validations.

This enhancement improves transparency, simplifies configuration understanding, and helps ensure accurate data usage across the project.

Enhancements

1. Risk Framework Enhancements (EHO & EHC)

Several enhancements have been made to risk rating framework for Entity Hero Core & Entity Hero Onboarding:

1. Association-level risk is now applied consistently to the root entity.

2. Risk frameworks now support zero and negative weightages, enabling regulatory inclusion without risk impact and proper handling of low-risk indicators.

3. Weightages now support up to two decimal places, allowing more precise risk distribution.

4. Introduced a dedicated Prohibited flag to clearly classify prohibited entities, independent of scoring.

5. Override behavior has been refined to ensure accurate and predictable CRR scoring.

2. Enhanced Investigation View for Case Managers

The Investigation View has been enhanced to provide greater clarity and traceability into rule triggers. It now clearly highlights the specific data changes that activated a rule, displays both previous and updated values for accurate comparison, and presents all related entities in cases involving multi-entity rules enabling faster, more transparent, and well-informed investigations.

3. Improved Transaction Display in Entity Profile

Transactions are now presented in a structured tabular format to enhance readability and analysis. This applies to both UI created and batch uploaded transactions. When integrated with Transact Comply, the system displays the latest 50 transactions, with flexible pagination options (10, 25, 30, or 50 records per page) to ensure smoother navigation and improved review efficiency.

4. Complete Data Parameter Integration with PreScreening.io

All data parameters supported by PreScreening.io are now seamlessly transmitted from Entity Hero to PreScreening.io. This end-to-end data flow ensures that every accepted attribute is leveraged during screening, resulting in more comprehensive and reliable name screening outcomes.

5. Enhanced Field Validations for Seamless Workflow

Robust validations have been implemented across multiple data fields to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted workflow. If any field fails validation, a clear and specific error message will be displayed, preventing flow breaks and enabling users to quickly correct the input.

6. Project Card Revamp

The Project Card has been redesigned with an improved, modern interface for better clarity and usability. Key enhancements include: Addition of Project Type for quick identification, Clear segregation of Billing Details and Project Details, Improved layout for a cleaner and more intuitive user experience. This update enhances visual appeal while making project information easier to navigate and manage.

7. Rescreening Enhancement on PreScreening.io (UI Update)

Users can now update entity details directly through the UI on PreScreening.io. Once updated, they can seamlessly initiate a Re-run or perform QDC (Quick Delta Check) without any backend intervention, enabling faster and more efficient rescreening workflows.

8. Batch Upload Optimization

The Batch Upload process has been optimized to significantly reduce processing time and improve overall performance.
