Transact Comply Release Notes 1.14

Summary

We are pleased to announce the release of Transact Comply version 1.14, introducing enhancements that strengthen investigation capabilities, reporting flexibility, and overall platform usability. This release brings Visual Analytics to the Investigation View, enabling investigators to analyze transaction patterns and case insights more effectively through intuitive visual representations. It also introduces Dynamic Hit-based Reports, allowing users to generate more targeted and flexible reports based on monitoring hits and rule outcomes.

Version 1.14 further enhances the platform with improvements to the Regulatory Reporting module, along with updates to the Rules Engine through the addition of a Glossary and Variable Descriptions to simplify rule configuration. The release also introduces Project-based Timezone support for better management of time-sensitive data across jurisdictions and a new Transactions Page, providing a centralized interface for viewing and managing transaction data.

Features

1. Investigation View - Visual Analytics & Trigger Conditions

The Investigation View has been enhanced with Visual Analytics and Trigger Condition visibility to support more effective case analysis. Investigators can now view graphical insights such as Transaction Volume and Count Timelines and Time-of-Day Heatmaps, helping them quickly identify unusual transaction patterns and behavioral trends.

Additionally, the Trigger Conditions section now displays the rule conditions, the corresponding input values, and the status indicating whether those values meet the defined conditions. This provides investigators with clearer visibility into how an alert was triggered, improving transparency and aiding faster and more informed case analysis.

2. Dynamic Reports – Hit-Based Case Report

A new Hit-Based Dynamic Report has been introduced to provide comprehensive visibility into generated cases. This report consolidates key information including customer details, case information, and associated transaction data, enabling users to review all relevant case elements in a single report.

By presenting complete case-level insights in a structured format, the report supports more efficient analysis, investigation, and documentation of monitoring hits.

Enhancements

1. Rules Engine Enhancements – Glossary and Variable Descriptions

The Rules Engine has been enhanced with the introduction of a Glossary and Variable Descriptions, improving clarity and usability during rule configuration. Users can now add descriptions to custom variables, making it easier to understand their purpose and usage within rules.

In addition, the glossary provides a consolidated view of all available functions, operators, and variables, along with their descriptions. This enhancement helps users quickly reference rule components and simplifies the process of building and maintaining monitoring rules.

2. Project-Based Timezone Configuration

A Project-Based Timezone configuration has been introduced to allow users to define the timezone at the project level. This ensures that all time-related data within the project is displayed and processed according to the configured timezone, improving consistency across transactions, cases, and reports.

This enhancement is particularly useful for projects operating across different jurisdictions, enabling more accurate interpretation of time-sensitive data during monitoring and investigation activities.

3. Transactions Page Enhancements

The Transactions Page has been enhanced with additional data columns and improved usability features. Users can now access more detailed transaction information directly within the page, providing better visibility into transaction records.

Enhanced search, sorting, and filtering capabilities have also been introduced, enabling users to quickly locate and analyze specific transactions. These improvements streamline transaction review and support more efficient investigation workflows.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

We’ve resolved several known issues to enhance overall application performance, delivering a more stable, responsive, and reliable user experience.
