Transact Comply Release Notes 1.1

Summary

ZIGRAM is excited to announce the latest release of Transact Comply, version 1.1, rolled out on 04 May 2025. This update introduces powerful new features designed to enhance compliance workflows, strengthen monitoring capabilities, and provide greater control and transparency to our users. In addition, key improvements have been made to ensure an even more stable and seamless experience.

New Features

1. Reviewer Workflow

A robust multi-level case review system is now live. This enables seamless allocation, escalation, and closure of cases by different levels of reviewers—streamlining investigations and ensuring better compliance governance.

2. Capital Markets Rule Provision

Introducing dedicated support for Capital Markets surveillance. Users can now upload multiple files from exchanges, depositories, and clients to run specialized rules and identify suspicious or fraudulent transactions across securities markets.

3. Automated Entity Tracking

New customer entities identified in transactions are now automatically added to the Entity Manager. This enables ongoing monitoring of newly discovered customers without manual intervention.

4. Callback API (Webhook)

A new Callback API allows users to receive alert responses for customers flagged by post-facto rules, delivered in real time or at scheduled intervals—ideal for system integrations and automated workflows.

5. SFTP File Integration

We’ve added a new SFTP ingestion capability, enabling clients to securely upload transaction files directly to an SFTP location. These files are then automatically retrieved and stored within the Transact Comply application, mapped to specific projects—ensuring seamless data ingestion and rule execution.

Email Notification has been introduced which includes all the essential case details related to the master case that was created.
